Mass recruitment exercise. Half an Hour Logic Test. Followed by one-on-one interview which lasted an hour approximately. Then they ask you to wait and see if you're being called for a second interview. Heard from another participant that there can be a few rounds of interview and the last interview is with director himself.

It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.

Consisted of 2 rounds. First round with 2 senior managers through zoom and onsite interview with director for second round. Questions related to resume and on approach to problem solving.
