The first was over a month prior and it was a phone interview. For the in person interview, there was a young hr asst who read straight from a script. No surprise questions. There were 2 higher ups who also interviewed. The first asked a few of the same questions. The last asked fewer, but were also same questions. All asked what the company was about and did. All assured that position was "promotable"

The interview was very straightforward for an entry level job. Not a lot of technical questions. Interviewer was easy to talk to and more relaxing as it an online interview.
