One Phone interview with HR, 2nd round interview with Hiring Manager. Interview was mostly focussed on NAND cell structure, operation and gruduate research. Manager was interested about the quality of research, publication and any accomplishments during graduate study.

One interview with HR, basic question about work experience, professor approval etc. 2nd interview with manager asking basic NAND structure, Programming/reading memory cell, research experience, software use, willingness to extend etc. After a week later, they offered the internship.
