      Entretien

Very streamlined interview process with tons of transparency from hiring manager and HR. Hiring manager reached out about 1.5 months after I had submitted my application online. We then moved to a phone screen where they explained job responsibilities and expectations. About a week later, I had an on-site interview which consisted of two panel interviews and also an interview with HR. The first panel interview, I talked with the hiring manager and a principal process engineer from the team and the second panel interview was with the manager of all process engineering and another principal process engineer from the team. As mentioned, the last interview was with the HR person who I would work with throughout the application process. Interview went well, mostly asking questions about my previous job role experience and getting a gauge of how I would go about troubleshooting and approaching common process issues. HR interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions. After the interview, one of the engineers who I interviewed with took me on a tour of the facility as well as a fab window tour. During this time, they also answered further questions I had and I was able to get to know the workplace a bit before starting. It took about a week to hear back from the hiring manager and HR that they wanted to move forward with my application. Offer was extended the following Monday. Background check, drug screening, and onboarding tasks took about a week
