3 Steps: 1) Phone interview. 2) In-person Interview 3) Technical interview. They will really make sure that you have some idea about the Business Intelligence. Make sure you know how in-memory processes work, DBs, ETL and Warehouses. All the interviewers are really nice. Most of the people in technology are from abroad, so make sure to refer properly and be respectful. Last tip, we are not requiring the bootcamp anymore so interview process is a bit easier than before.

Make sure you research about MicroStrategy. They ask you the generals about the company. I would recommend studying the basics about relational DBs, schemas, data warehousing and ETL tools.

In total there were 3 rounds to the interview process. First phone interview was to get to know you and for you to get to know the company, looking at your portfolio and experience. The second was also over the phone with one of the Support managers for your personality and aptitude tests. Final interview was in person and was for a technical discussion about my experience and what would be required of me at this position.

A phone call from HR followed by online tests. The tests are not difficult. However, in their reply they mentioned that "Despite that we were impressed with your profile, we can not proceed any further." without any further explanation.
