J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez MicroStrategy (Varsovie, Mazovie) en avr. 2014
Entretien
1 - phone call
2 - live HR interview + analytical test + very basic SQL test -- very easy, nothing to bother
3 - live manager interview -- again, really easy going talk, very friendly
But the most important thing is bootcamp through the first 6 weeks of work. You need to pass all the exams during it and it seems to be most challenging. If you don't pass, you're out. Simple as that. That's the period where they really test your capabilities to work for the company.
The recruitment process took roughly 3 weeks. Shortlisting happened less than 5 hours after submission of application. Took the assessment days after the link was submitted. Received a "thank you for your interest" about a week later.

I had two interviews. The first one was for an intership as a Sales intern, but due to the fact that I was almost finishing with the university I had to say no. One week later, they sent me an email to come to an interview for a Full-Time position as an Associate Consultant and I accepted. I had to make some online courses and test, and then a meeting with a psychologist.
