They called me first. Then I came in for an interview which lasted about 10min then took 2 tests. A timed IQ test and a personality test (“have you ever been late before?” if you answer anything other than no, it’s an auto fail). Then if the GM is there, you talk to him. If he’s not there, you get a 2nd interview.
