As soon as I walked in, it felt really unprofessional. I was asked maybe 5 questions total and the interview lasted about 5 minutes, which I felt was kind of weird because I was interviewing for a life guard position, which in my opinion is a pretty serious job that condones a better, more professional interview. It was a very easy interview, and I was offered the job on the spot. However, the company seemed really desperate to hire, which was a major red flag to me. Also the person interviewing me was very distracted. If anything this would be a good chance for someone in high school to gain practice interviewing.
