I started with a phone interview, after initial phone interview they did a background check and asked if hired if i would take a drug test.
I got an email asking for an in person interview, the interview was pretty easy just basic star questions, why would you be a good fit. Then i had a final interview with the head of the HR department, about the same questions, she was a little bit more straight to the point just firing off questions not really giving a responce, at the end they tell you they will contact you within a week letting you know either way
They do look for younger or people who are going to be around for awhile, they invest time in you and dont like high turnover
