I received a phone preinterview initially. Then a first and second interview. It was thorough and insightful. They allowed me to ask questions and feel supported with their answers. They asked me the generic questions like to explain a time when... and then asked what I knew about the company and the motto in the second interview. This was mentioned to me as a hint in the first interview so I thought it was nice that they offered tips to help me succeed.
