I applied online, got a phone call around a week later and interviewed that same day I got the call. I spoke with the manager in the store office. They asked several questions and then let me ask any questions at the end.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.
