Filled out the application and assessment online, I was called about 3 days later and asked if I wanted to come in for an interview. I was told to wait in the "classroom" and the manager showed up after about 10 minutes. She just asked me to "tell her about myself" and then tell her about my past jobs and then she asked if I would like the job. It was the easiest interview I've ever had. No drug test either.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
