I interviewed twice for this position. The first interview was very basic. They asked about my education, experience, goals, etc. The waiting period was long though. It was a week and a half before I heard anything. The second interview was filling out paperwork, negotiating pay, etc.

Phone interview to start. Hired a few days later. Questions mostly about my attitude and retail experience, and about myself. It felt like the interviewer was trying to get to know me to see if I’d fit into the team.
