The manager at the store that I applied for was understanding, friendly, and very willing to work with me to get me my first job. The online application requires you to take a personality test, in which, I initially failed for answering too forwardly. He explained to me to answer the questions in a less direct manner and we setup an interview date. I was nervous that lack of experience would be an issue, but he completely overlooked that during the whole process. The interview was relaxing and comfortable. It felt more like a friendly conversation with a new friend rather than an evaluation. He explained to me the duties of my position and called me back three days later to hire me after the background check process. I was not required to take a drug test.
