simple, easy, hired on spot. asked about availability, desired pay and not much else. really contributing this so i can have access to another review page. i worked at michaels years ago and now everything is digital. as a cashier you'll really just be making sure people are stealing and or helping if they have any issues with check out.

Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

Basic interview processes with questions like how do you work with a team, can you be flexible in your work, the hours you can work, your learnability, a time you dealt with an unhappy customer
The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
