Lengthy. Asks pointed questions about industry experience and overall product knowledge. Person interviewing was easy to talk with and had a lot of knowledge of overall industry. Pointed out things I want aware of. Seemed to care about me as a person and not only what I could bring to the table but what they could do if they hired me to elevate my potential.
