Long interview process, very chaotic and unorganized. People seem nice but environment seems somewhat toxic, although they try hard to make it seem like they put employees first. If you value work life balance and want to be treated with respect, stay away. CEO does not seem like a pleasant person to work for. Shame for a company with such a nice mission to be managed so poorly.

Entretien
Initial screening --> Hiring Manager call --> On-site with multiple directors and HR.
Questions were geared towards previous experiences, hypotheticals, and work ethic.
Did not have many technical aspects, besides the occasional buzzword here and there.
Everyone was respectful, extremely accommodating, and felt like they genuinely wanted to know more about you.

Entretien
starts with a phone interview and then a in person meeting. Interviews smooth and offer was received soon after. I would say it was fairly easy. I was interviewed by 3 people and it included a tour of the facility.
