Fairly standard interview process - initial discussion regarding background, motivations, etc. On the basis of the phone interview, invited to an assessment day in person at the London office. This was a series of 3 combined case and fit interviews, firstly with Manager / Principal. Then finally with a partner. Everyone was pretty open and relaxed.
