Short 2 1/2 day orientation. First Dispatch is towards home so you can grab supplies. You will watch videos and learn company policy and safety expectations. Take a drug test , if you go on a Monday you will give hair and pee, if you go on wedn just pee. The random test will be both.

1. Phone Interview with recruiter. 2. 3 Day paid training Candidate program. Canidate program is based on passing a new medical eval onsite and road test along with meeting management in various branches. Hotel, meals and travel paid for durring canidate program.
