They use behavioral questions to weed out applicants, and hire relatives, I was working on project and they have the person for training then they advertised the job, That's was on projects in new Haven line in Connecticut.
My interviewers were actually working the same project, However this didn't help me to have a good feeds for my interview process.

Entretien
Interviewer were very friendly but behavioral questions and nonsense 4 part questions have nothing to do with the job, like its was computer generated template and won't reflect your actual experience nor pick the best fit for the company.
