They are basically looking at two things: 1.) to see that you are properly certified 2.) do not have a criminal record 3.) are competent enough to save a person in the water.

They asked where/when you were available to work, where you got certified/ how long ago, and if you had all of your required certifications.
The zoom Interview with Metropolitan Pool Service was just about 20 mins long. The person who interviewed me went over some paperwork and I had a few questions I to answer. The interview was casual and informative.
