There was an Interview and typing test along with a hearing test - only 30 wpm was required, it was relatively relaxed, though being tested is always nervous. Hearing test was weird...but understandable

First assessment was typing skills and accuracy. Has to be 36 words per minute and 90% accuracy. You have 1 practice than 3 chances to average out your score. Than you pass in to the next assessment straight after which is listening to 3 calls and filling out relevant information in the boxes. Last assessment is the interview.
