Great and thorough. The interview was very nice to talk to. He walked me through what it looks like to be an advocate for the organization. I really like what this group stands for.

Thorough, good questions. They want you to succeed, but this is difficult work and they want you to have that information. Very trauma-informed for clients and employees. They like to avoid compassion fatigue.
