Initial phone screening, then 8 hours of interviews, lunch,
Had to give an hour long presentation of the work I had done in my thesis. Most of it is fairly theory based, and most people had little knowledge of the area of my thesis.
Lots of different projects going on. It was difficult to understand what my role would be within the organization

Entretien
It was three total interviews. I started with a mutual contact for an informal conversation. He forwarded me on to HR who I had a 30 min interview with followed by a hour long panel made up of several current employees. Shortly after that, I spoke again to HR and they told me the interviews had gone well.

They asked how I would handle a customer who didn't like the product that we had produced for them.

Entretien
I had a 20-30 min phone interview. First, I gave a brief bio, then I answered questions about my completed coursework. He then went on to ask what my areas of interests are, and I had the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
Next steps included going into the office and giving a technical presentation to a group panel.

Had a brief 30 minute phone interview. Got an on-site interview and spoke to three other senior analysts. Very informal and nothing too technically challenging. Gave a power point presentation on a topic of my choice. They said they'd get back to me in 1-2 weeks and its been 3 months. Unprofessional in my opinion.
