Applied in early 2014 & got asked for an interview in June 2014. The interview was very chill, I knew it wouldn't take long considering I didn't even get asked to take a seat. Got asked one question & then went over general employee benefits & got an employee handbook & was told to come back on the weekend for an orientation. I'm not sure if all interviews are like this though...

Very simple. You go in and talk with the store director and Front-end manager. They mainly ask you a few questions about your availability and get a feel for your social skills.

Interview then wait a few days, be patient, if you're confident in your abilities they will see and most likely call you back, so just chill. When you get the call respond nicely and ask when they can book you for an interview.
