Interviewer didn’t seem prepared for the interview or that they had read my resume beforehand. Despite that, it was a friendly and casual interview that seemed to go well. I was disappointed that I was sent a generic “not selected” email from Indeed 2 days later, which I almost thought was a mistake. I couldn’t believe the interviewer wouldn’t have the decency to send an personal email themselves after taking the time to interview me. That is really disrespectful.
