Met with the R&D director at the Metric Offices. He had a set list of questions that he went through and talked about the company. I brought along a portfolio of previous work and talked through my technical capabilities. He then gave me a tour of the facilities including R&D, production and the main offices. Following the interview, I was invited back to meet the MD, and essentially repeated the process with the MD and R&D director together.
