I had a panel interview with the clinical director, HR, and a couple staff nurses. They were really nice and welcoming. The interview was more conversational than others, which really eased my nerves! They told me a bit about the unit then asked me to tell about myself. They had forms with questions that they asked me and took notes on. Then I was shown around the unit.

I was called and spoke to a HR recruiter who was absolutely wonderful. She made sure I was going to interview with the best fit for me. I went to the interview and met a wonderful manager who was so kind and loved her job. I am very excited to sign on with this company and look forward to working in a great environment

Easy interview. Asked very little about me, used the time mostly to tell me about the company. Come in with detailed resume and you’ll be fine. It was very relaxed.

The interview process was mostly her explaining the position requirements. It was very informative and straightforward. Manager stated her expectations, she was very upfront. She told me by the end whether or not she’d extend an offer.
