I was reached by an external HR recruiter on LinkedIn, she asked about my CV, she then called me and explained that she hires for Samaya electronics (a methode subsidiary), she asked about my salary expectations, she called again to set an appointment with a team leader, overall she was very professional.
The enterview was in English and lasted about two and half hours, the interviewer asked alot of questions, he seemed very competent overall he was friendly.
After about a week they sent an offer to me.

Entretien
two interviews at the company site.
first one is a 3 hours technical exam, mostly on hardware circuits and pcb fabrication process, little embedded related questions.

second is a semi technical interview with the director in English.

this company is very unstable and has a very toxic environment.
the manager is atheist and denies employees from praying. -mosque is closed and you get paycut if cameras shoot you praying at office-
