The Trainee Role consisted of four rounds in total: HR Round This was an introductory round. Be prepared to give a solid introduction and answer basic questions about Salesforce. The HR also gauges your communication skills and overall interest in the role. Written Round This round included: 3 DSA questions: Find the missing number from 1 to n Reverse a number Find the longest palindromic substring (Level: Easy to Medium – mostly from Arrays and Strings) 2 OOPs Questions: Difference between Encapsulation and Abstraction Basic class implementation and displaying variable details Overall, the written round was manageable if you are clear with your DSA basics and object-oriented programming concepts. Technical Interview 1 This round was focused on your resume and Salesforce knowledge. You should be ready to discuss: Your past project or internship experience Salesforce Admin concepts SOQL queries Triggers (basic to intermediate level) Technical Interview 2 (Based on what I heard) I wasn’t shortlisted for this round, but from what others shared, the second technical round included very high-level Salesforce questions, which seemed a bit excessive for a trainee-level position. Topics may include complex automation, advanced Apex logic, and deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture. Final Thoughts While the process was well-structured, it’s worth noting that the expectations for a trainee-level role were quite high, especially in the later technical rounds. If you are preparing for this company, make sure you are confident not just in DSA and OOP, but also in Salesforce Admin + Developer concepts, particularly SOQL, Triggers, and Apex fundamentals.
