Got sent a timed test before even talking to anyone. Tested all my abilities mentioned in the job description. After the technical test, I had a screening call with someone who barely spoke English; so they sent me the same questionnaire in writing, and I was expected to repeat myself. Last interview was with a panel of 3 people with terrible manners and people skills. The lead interviewer had superiority complex. He kept asking me to “get technical” with my answers. I never had a bigger cringe in an interview. In the middle of this interview, I was asked to troubleshoot an issue within their overly abstracted codebase in the span of only 10-15 minutes. I wouldn’t have accepted this job even if I got an offer. There is most likely a toxic culture. I’m happy to not be working there.

Ask about the projects experience, and also coding questions. The coding question is about search bracket in an array. And then I have some chance to ask them questions, especially about their company
