Interview process was laid out very clearly by the recruiter. I applied via an employee referral, I had a phone screen and then a screen with the hiring manager. I was brought onsite and interviewed by 3 people face to face including another video conference call again with the hiring manager.

Actually one of the most straight-forward interview processes I've experienced. Recruiter kept in touch with me throughout. Team was easy to talk to and excited to chat. No take-home assignments or anything. That said, it was still long - maybe about a month in total from first recruiter chat to final interview. I left feeling really confident, unfortunately did not get an offer.
