J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Meta (Austin, TX) en févr. 2019
Entretien
Smooth; was referred for a specific role, had a phone screen and that led to an onsite interview with a number of staff. Was turned down for role but the entire process was seamless; recruiters had constant lines of communication and were very responsive. Questions should have been harder and more challenging.
I won't get into specific details for 2 reasons - 1: I signed an NDA, and 2: Facebook's tracking pixels are live on every page on Glassdoor (including this one) and as such, they collect PII (Address, EU- IP Address, EU- Unique Device ID , Email Address, Login, Name , PII Collected via 3rd Parties, Phone Number) and naturally will know exactly who's writing what.
I'd recommend that Glassdoor have distinct tracking pixel-free portals for submitting true anonymous feedback for the companies that have tracking pixels installed on the site.
Devil's Advocate: I'd recommend that Facebook parse data from the unique user/device ID's accessing this site before this anonymous page is accessed, perhaps looking for events that trigger the nav to the anonymous page and tie it with a timestamped/fingerprinted exit event to help determine who broke the NDA.

Interview process was pretty smooth even though there were quite a few calls:
- initial recruiter screening call
- interview with hiring manager
- 4 interviews with 4 cross functional stakeholders for the role
