I was referred by a friend. It took me a week to schedule a phone interview. Reqruiter called me 10 min later, didn't tell any information about the role and started ask questions right away. At the end didn't give me a chance to ask questions about the role or the company. Interview was finished 5 min earlier. I was very disappointed with the process.
