received an initial email from recruiter, who set me up with a Skype Interview with currently employee after passing my profile along to the head recruiter, final stage an assignment was given for us to complete and present during the in office interview.

How would you determine if an ad will be successful in reaching a specific group of people?
Screening call with recruiter
Call with hiring manager
"Hack" (assignment with presentation, feedback, then response/build on feedback)
"Loop" (separate interviews with 4-5 more people on the team.
The entire process took about 4-6 weeks. This was back in 2018; I believe the process has been streamlined since then.

The hack assignment was a fake brand/assignment of my choosing that I then had to develop a performance marketing plan against. I'm sure it's evolved since then with a major focus on AI, AI-led insights, and creative automation.

I got interviewed with a recruiter on a 15-minute phone call. In that session, I felt like we had a good connection, and he made me feel comfortable. But in the end, they did not share any feedback with me about why they didn't want to proceed with me.

The technical interview was pretty laid-back and easy. My interviewer was just trying to get a gauge of my experience and areas of expertise. Unfortunately, my interviewer was about seven minutes late and had a hard stop. It was extremely unprofessional of them and I was not able to use the full 30 minutes I should've been allotted.
