Great overall. The recruiter was lovely and responsive, and did all that was possible to prepare me for the each phase. It was a 4-step process. Here is a bit of info about each step: 1. Phone interview. This was pretty basic, and mostly involved learning more about the position, as well as getting general insight into my background and work experience. The recruiter was really approachable and easy to talk to. It wasn't particularly intimidating. 2. Video chat with another Content Strategist that works for Facebook to go over work samples. After finishing up the phone interview, I sent through samples of past work. You can either link out to your portfolio, or send them in another format. I was told we would discuss the work samples in the video chat, but the interviewer didn't end up asking me many questions about it. We mostly chatted about the role. Then she asked me about my experience, goals, understanding of content strategy, etc. All pretty easy and lots of fun. 3. Content strategy assignment. This part was hard, and the assignment was vague. I had to redesign one of the Facebook products, including proposing new content solutions. The assignment is then scored by other content strategists at Facebook, but unfortunately my score was too low to continue the process. 4. In-person presentation of content strategy assignment. I didn't get to this step so can't give much info about it!

Met with multiple people on the content team. Was then given a timed UX writing test. Did well on that and was then asked to present on my background. The recruiter was very keen the whole process and then completely ghosted me at the final stage. It was extremely unprofessional, especially since the whole process took 2-3 months and took a lot of time and energy.
