I first went through an online interview process, it began as a referral from a friend that knows the director of sales. The process took a little over an hour. I was then called over the phone after I had completed the online interview process, I was called into the office. I was brought into the sales directors office and we went over my answers on the online interview and how well I had scored.

It was a smooth process. First it was a Phone screening then if you move on you get a teams interview with a director or VP of whatever department your applying for

Star questions as well as proficiency in Microsoft office and to rate it.
Behavioral, very standard. That was it, asked me some very light conceptual questions but nothing insane. They asked stuff like “how would you learn a new language” and “how do you work in a team”.

full day of interviews. Started talking with an actuary, then met with younger assoiciates, and someone in the investment department. By the end of the day I was ready to leave and never come back.
