Applied through my university for an intern role in their Dublin office. Process was straightforward and quick. I received a phone call about a week later to arrange an interview. I was then interviewed three days later. The interview was really relaxed and friendly and they wanted to go through my CV with me. They asked me about team working and communication skills, why I wanted to do actuary, what did I know about the role, the insurance industry and MetLife. They rang me an hour after the interview to offer me the job. Very pleasant experience.
