Interviewed with an M13 recruiter for a position at a startup. The interview went well and the recruiter thought that I was a good fit. Said they would be emailing me very soon and they would call if I did not respond to their email. A week went by with no contact from the recuiter so I emailed them. No response. I sent another follow-up email a week later asking if a decision had been made. No response. No response ever. I'll never again waste my time applying with them or any company associated with them.
