Fairly simply and short. I had a friend of a friend alert me to the job position. I then did my own research online to find out a little bit about the job, requirements, and positions available. I believe at the time, I was able to apply both via paper application submission and online. Upon careful review and consideration of the job available, I decided to give it a chance. I received a call at the job I was currently working to come in for an interview at a specific day and time. I dressed "professional", came prepared, and was honest throughout the entire process.

It was a two part interview, and relatively easy. The questions were basic, and it was a quick hire. They seemed more interested in your availability and punctuality than anything else.

Applied in person. Had to keep calling back for almost a month, because she told me she would get ahold of me to set up an interview when she had time, and said she kept forgetting every time I called. Was then told they actually didn't need anybody for another 2 weeks so I had to wait and scallops back again.
