The interview can be quite intimidating because most people on the interviewing committee are educated. The types of people on the committee are very diverse so you may get a question from any angle. You must be able to think on your feet because education is a very broad but important role. You cannot define it and you must be a person who is not afraid of change. You must know the AS400 system as well as the new Skyward program.
