Confused with the interview process. Could see how many people say you felt like just a number to the corporate world. Cloudy viewpoint on when I would start due to the pandemic.

Entretien
Very fair process. You have to first have and overview interview with the recruiter. You show you're ambitious, knowledgeable and humble. I did not get the job because the start date did not line up with my graduation.

Question 1
Can you explain to me a time you displayed great customer or client service.
Very straight forward and not a lot of fluff quesitons. They try to get to know you as a person and not just a cog in the system, which is very refreshing in this line of industry.
Multiple steps to the process, as expected. Not especially stressful. Description of payout grid could be more clear. Seems like there might be a temporary hiring freeze for the program.
