Two assessments followed by 3 or 4 in person interviews. A marketing plan and explanation in detail required. Fingerprinting and background check were more rigorous than I've experienced before but, it was to be expected. All in all a good experience.

The interview process included a phone call with a recruiter followed by a meeting with the VP of PMD program. Then there was a test and a meeting with the office’s MD and VP of the PMD program. I was then asked to prepare a business plan which I presented to several VPs in a final round interview.
