I applied online and was asked to set up an interview through the recruiter's scheduling tool. The earliest available slot was three weeks out: Dec. 23. I still didn't have an offer at that time, so I proceeded with the interview. Unfortunately, the interviewer was clearly already checked out for the holidays (she essentially admitted this), so it was a pretty poor interview overall. She asked pretty standard screening questions, but when it was my turn, she struggled to answer my questions. At one point, there was a silence so long that I thought the call had been disconnected. She also yawned pretty loudly at one point. I eventually got the anticipated rejection email.
