The process took two weeks exactly from initial contact to offer. I was contacted by a Merkle recruiter for a brief, literally 15 phone screening. From my conversation with her I was contacted by a SR. HR rep for a slightly longer phone screening. The first screening was really about my background and the second was more about my personality and fitment with the culture. From there I was scheduled a call with a hiring manager. This is all within one week. The process is very efficient and works around your schedule. Very professional. The next week I was invited on campus for a full F2F interview. This was a 4 hour multi-layered interview. Each manager was allotted 30 min to come in and speak with me. Some of the interview questions were behavioral and some were light technical. The project review is also 30 minutes with all of the interviewers that you previously spoke with. Everyone was super friendly and very professional. They are not trying to grill you and trip you up but they are looking to see if you fit in with the culture. I was contacted with an offer the next morning. The entire process was streamlined and informative. As with any interview process there is some waiting and wondering but they do a good job at minimizing the "I wonder how I did" anxiety.

Initial phone screen was confusing because they acted like I was not qualified for the position. Job description was also inaccurate- it stated position was eligible for bonus, but I was told it is not.
