First was a telephone interview going through my CV which was no problem. Then a face-to-face interview with a couple staff members, which was friendly. The final interview was more formal and involved a 10-minute presentation which I was briefed on 5 days prior. Had to research programmatic, design a presentation around it, then show it to 3 staff members. That was quickly followed by a lot of questioning about motivations, job/education history and why I wanted this role in particular. While the process itself was quite long (over 3 weeks), it was an interesting experience.
