Online form then 2 rounds of group interviews then a trial then orientation. Lots of applicants and it took a little over 3 weeks to get the offer from start to finish.
Resume submission, phone interview & trial shift for two hours. Wasn’t too bad as they let u choose which venue u wanna work at.
All done online but you can submit a resume in person
Very Casual group or online interview low pressure and welcoming environment. Relaxed atmostphere and everyone got the job. Little experience required however need willingness to learn and engage with other people in the process to be sucessful.
