First a recruiter phone screen then a second phone interview with a hiring manager and recruiter. Asked general questions about operations and metrics. Didn't ask technical questions about the actual operations of the company. I think they were concerned about me being overqualified and unable to meet my salary expectations.

Really unorganized interview process. Felt like the interviews did not know what they wanted or really even had a formal interview process. IT was also really cringe when they said some stuff about cyber systems that were plain wrong
friendly and quick phone call. asked pretty basic questions just to get to know who i am. Overall pretty easy and chill. Gave good timeline on next steps, and got back to me within the week.

1 behavioral with team using STARS method and walking through your resume. Describing you experience with certain tools and softwares. Leadership questions and such.
1 technical interview but was not terrible mainly asking broad questions like mechanics in college.
