Phone interview with outsourced recruiter who set up in person interview. Met with two groups of two. Out of all of the individuals I spoke with, neither introduced their job title. While explaining the position to me, the first group I met with mocked the position I was interviewing for. Both groups could not explain the claims position in detail. Second group read behavioral questions from a sheet of paper and barely made eye contact with me. Both groups who interviewed basically stated that if I could not keep up with the amount of work that I would be fired. Overall it was hard to take all of the individuals who interviewed me seriously as they were dressed unprofessionally in jeans and a tee shirt.

Interviewed by two upper management individuals. Interview was about 30 minutes long. Both took turns to ask you questions. They want to know your personality, your goals, why you left your former position, and why you want to work for Mercury.
