There is a phone interview with human resources first. Then a meeting in person with the manager/supervisors. They are typically a small panel interview. Be ready to answer a lot of critical thinking questions, as that is what underwriting primarily is.

Fast easy process. 1 phone screen which basically was just a normal conversation. We discussed salary, came to an in between negotiation salary, and the recruiter called me back to let me know the hiring manager wanted to move forward to the next interview. The interview was with the hiring manager and team lead via zoom. A few days later the recruiter gave me a call to make an offer.
